DEVELOP THE "NO" MUSCLE, LEARN TO SAY NO. STOP BLAMING OTHERS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY OWN PAIN AND DEAL WITH IT, NOT BLAMING OTHERS. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT OTHERS DID NOT CAUSE IT, IT JUST MEANS THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. BLAMING OTHERS IS A DEAD END STREET. STOP PLAYING VICTIM. AS AN ADULT, I HAVE CHOICES BEGIN TO MAKE THOSE CHOICES AND OWN THEM. IF I AM GIVING SOMETHING. I AM MAKING THE CHOICE TO GIVE AND I NEED TO STOP ACTING AS IF SOMEONE IS MAKING ME!
